Dennis Kyle is the chief learning officer and a partner of Clarity 2 Prosperity and Prosperity Capital Advisors. He offers an innovative approach to adult learning methods, business process, sales strategies and technical solutions.

Dennis leads C2P and PCA in expanding their learning environment, focusing on organizational initiatives and providing consulting on aspects of the enterprise. He is high-energy and extremely focused on results, challenging the status quo and driving the organization toward continued success.

Over the past 20 years, Dennis has spent time training some of America’s largest sales organizations, which include GE, Microsoft, The Hartford, AT&T and many small- to mid-size organizations. He speaks on topics related to consultative selling, applied business methods and technology trends. Dennis has trained more than 25,000 sales professionals both domestically and internationally.

Dennis is CEO of Positive Results, a consulting company that specializes in business process development, instructional design and cloud solution enablement tools. He has been seen in many industry trade magazines from the Who’s Who of Business, Real Estate Magazine, Selling Power, Entrepreneur Magazine, and more. He was featured in a sales strategy session with Mark McCormack of IMG for Selling Power Magazine, and he has previously been a member of the National Speaker’s Association.

Dennis has a proven track record as a sales leader, business strategist and creative solution provider. Prior to starting Positive Results, he worked in the financial services industry with Edward Jones and Morgan Stanley (formerly: Smith Barney Shearson) where he managed $42 million in AUM between retail and institutional assets.

Dennis serves his community in a variety of philanthropic ways, and he enjoys helping non-profit organizations. Some of these organizations include: the MIVO Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on building hospitals in Haiti; The Nakon Breast Cancer Foundation, which supports breast cancer patients in Northeast Ohio; The Stein Hospice Center, which provides hospice services to counties in Northern Ohio; and the American Heart Association.
