Instructional Designer 

C2P Enterprises LLC, Clarity 2 Prosperity, Prosperity Capital Advisors, Valor Capital Management and C2P Advisory Group LLC (collectively, the “Company”) is a rapidly expanding, innovative financial services organization seeking to add a top-flight Instructional Designer Level 1 to our team. The Instructional Designer Level 1 will report to our Training Department Manager. He/she will work with the Training Department team, Senior Leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to apply the full range of the A.D.D.I.E. (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) process and SAM agile process, to produce instructor-led, self-paced, and eLearning curriculum which is grounded in contemporary and emerging adult-learning theories and best practices which will further transform and grow the Clarity 2 Prosperity financial services training and internal corporate training. Junior Executive Assistant

We are seeking someone to support our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in a wide range of responsibilities. This person is required to utilize his or her technical and organizational skills and perform at a high level as part of a dynamic team. He or she will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, and organize and maintain administrative processes.
